This designer dog breed is a cross between the Pomeranian and the Chihuahua. As with any mixed breed, the Pomchi can inherit any proportion of genetic traits from either parent, so defining temperament can be difficult. Ideally, the Pomchi will retain the positives from both is distinctive parents, including its loyalty to owners, intelligence and usefulness as a watchdog. Watch out for a serious stubborn streak and a tendency for the Pomchi to forget how tiny it really is – this breed brings a lot of confidence and downright fearlessness to the world. Owners will get lots of love and affection from their Pomchi.
