The Newfypoo is a cross between a Newfoundland and a Poodle, with most dogs being blue, black, apricot, and white. They are intelligent, have lots of energy, and are known for being sweet and loving with their owners. Because of their long hair, they shed often, and will need to be groomed on a regular basis to keep shedding under control. Families find them excellent with children. These dogs are easy to train, wanting to please their owners and obey commands. They can deal with cold weather and not face adverse problems, but do need special care to ovoid overheating during the summer months.
