Gwinnett police search for two women after 25 malnourished dogs and 13 dead animals found in home

After a Sept. 17 request from Gwinnett County Animal Control, investigators say they discovered 25 underweight dogs confined in poor conditions and 13 dead dogs in plastic bags inside refrigerators at a home on the 1900 block of Britt Drive. Thirty-one dogs removed after man severely mauled by two pit bull mixes in Van Zandt County

A 53-year-old man was severely injured around 11:25 p.m. when two pit bull mix dogs attacked him while visiting a friend in Van Zandt County. Authorities removed 31 dogs from the home; two male dogs were euthanized and 29 others were surrendered to the SPCA, Sheriff Kevin Bridger said. Read On…
