The Jack Chi is a cross between the Jack Russell Terrier and the Chihuahua. The Jack Chi is a small to medium sized dog that has a fun-loving and playful personality. They are an energetic and friendly breed that gets along well with everyone – including other dogs and children. Surprisingly, the Jack Chi is not a big barker and will not make a great watchdog. The Jack Chi loves to be around their family. They are intelligent but because they are part terrier, training can be difficult so early and consistent training is certainly necessary. The Jack Chis is an energetic breed that needs adequate exercise. They do have a strong prey drive and will need a securely fenced yard. The Jack Chi is a loving and sweet-tempered dog perfect for families.
