Pitbull Rescue Organizations In All States

If you are considering getting a Pitbull, you'll want to check out the incredible book "The Complete Guide to Pit Bulls". It's written in an easy-to-understand way but still has the expert knowledge to help any new owner successfully raise their Pitbull from puppy to old-age. It's widely available, so pick up a copy if you see one, or click here to grab one on Amazon.

The poor Pitbull (also called the American Pit Bull Terrier) breed has had its share of bad publicity, and most if it due to humans’ criminal exploitation of its most admirable traits, such as loyalty and boldness. Widely regarded by the misinformed as a “bad dog” because of its popularity in dogfighting rings, the Pitbull is actually an extremely loving and loyal dog. Before its bad reputation, this breed was found all over America as wonderful farm and family dogs. Unfortunately today, you’ll need to check local ordinances to make sure the breed isn’t banned. Do your research, and spread the word, this loving breed deserves a comeback. With proper training and socialization (as with any dog), the Pitbull is a lovely family addition.
