A mix between a Pekingese and a Poodle, the Peekapoo is a designer dog breed that delights owners and passersby. Fully devoted to its family, it is noted for its intense loyalty, affection and attachment, and definitely wants to be considered a true part of its human pack. A great choice for families with children, the Peekapoo doesn’t need a ton of exercise and does well in homes such as apartments. When ideally bred, this little fellow won’t shed and is thought to provide relief to dog allergy sufferers. Owners need to be sure to teach appropriate barking manners, as the breed tends to want to alert its family of every happening.
