Manchester Terrier Rescue Organizations In All States

Bred for catching rats, the Manchester Terrier can boast that it is the oldest breed of terrier dogs, dating back to the 1500s. They are very devoted to their families and wary of strange people they do not know. They love to clean themselves and are sometimes described as having a cat-like personality. This breed does love to be outside, and should be taken on walks and given ample time to play. Despite all this, it does need to be indoors and can even adapt well to apartments and smaller homes. This type of dog is relatively healthy, and doesn’t suffer from any major issues.
