They have a knack for learning new tricks quickly but they are clever, mischievous, and have a mind of their own, so early and consistent training is an absolute must. The Jack Russell Terrier is a devoted breed who loves their family. Their high energy levels make them a great fit for active families. Being a terrier, they love to dig, chase, and bark. They are escape artists and need a securely fenced yard. This fun-loving yet independent breed makes an ideal pet for experienced dog owners.
