Boxer Rescue Organizations In All States

If you are considering getting a Boxer, you'll want to check out the incredible book "The Complete Guide to Boxer dogs". It's written in an easy-to-understand way but still has the expert knowledge to help any new owner successfully raise their Boxer from puppy to old-age. It's widely available, so pick up a copy if you see one, or click here to grab one on Amazon.

Often called the “Peter Pan” of dogs, Boxers are energetic and playful well into their adolescent years. They are intelligent, fearless, and loyal. They absolutely love being around and cuddling with their family. Boxers can be headstrong, though, and require early and consistent training. They don’t like to be left alone for long periods of time since they are a family-oriented dog. One of their best features is their playfulness. Boxers are always high-spirited and love to partake in clownish behavior. Boxers like to “box”, meaning they tend to paw at their food bowls or toys – similar to a cat. When they’re excited, they enjoy “dancing” (twisting their bodies in a semi-circle) and twisting around. Their personality is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face.
