Gentle, intelligent, and alert, the Boglen Terrier is a cross between the Boston Terrier and Beagle. Their intelligence makes them a challenge to train, so they may not be suitable for first-time dog owners. Early, consistent and firm training will help. Their alertness makes them good watchdogs and will certainly let their owners know if someone is present. They are also friendly towards other pets. The Boglen Terrier’s gentle nature makes them great family dogs.
