The Anatolian Shepherd is a large dog breed that is rugged and also very strong. They are perfect for protecting livestock due to their excellent hearing abilities and good sight. These dogs can live up to 15 years and they can weigh as much as 65 kilograms as an adult. The male Anatolian Shepherd usually grows taller than the female, with an average height of 74 to 81 centimeters. They are confident, proud, and independent. These dogs are also very intelligent. The Anatolian Shepherd comes in various colors, including white, red fawn, blue fawn, liver and brindle.< p>
